Nutrition Counseling

During our first meeting, you and I will dive into your history and present to determine what long term and short term goals you have! During this meeting we will also determine the frequency in follow up appointments. This initial meeting will be 60 minutes.

In follow up sessions, we will check in on your progress towards your goals, discuss barriers coming up and continue working on getting you to the place you hope to be. These sessions are 30-60 minutes.

Meal and Snack Coaching

Sometimes we all can struggle with accountability with our meals and snacks and need some extra support to get us back on track. In these meal (30 minutes) or snack (20-30 minutes) sessions, you and I will eat together and can navigate any challenges that arise in real time.

Meal Coaching Session Cost: $60

Snack Coaching Session Cost: $45

Nutrition Presentation

I am also available to do presentations or Q&A sessions with regards to disordered eating, eating disorders and fueling for sport at schools, health fairs and sports clubs! These sessions can be anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes.

FAQs

  • I do! I am currently in network with Horizon BCBS of NJ and Aetna. You and I will work to verify if I am in network with your insurance plan prior to starting!

  • If you don’t have insurance, no worries! You and I can discuss private pay rates together in our discovery call!

    If I am not in network with your insurance I am happy to provide a superbill for potential partial reimbursement.

  • At this time, all sessions are conducted via Telehealth using a HIPPA secure platform.

    I am currently able to see clients in the following states based on licensure requirements: NJ, MA, RI, NH.

  • I am passionate about working with those who are recovering from eating disorders. While that is one of my main areas of expertise, I also care for those with a wide variety of needs including: gastrointestinal concerns, sports nutrition, intuitive eating, pre-diabetes and general wellness.
